This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of all dax89 services. Please read it carefully before registering or using the platform. By accessing or using our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out here.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using dax89 services in any form, you confirm that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. These terms apply to all users accessing the platform via any browser or device.
If you do not agree to any or all of the terms set out here, you are asked to stop using dax89 services immediately. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. dax89 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and dax89 as the platform operator. Where a conflict arises between these terms and any other specific policy on the platform, the more relevant specific policy will apply to that situation.
2. Account Creation, Security, & Account Policy
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on dax89. Registration is completed by filling out the online form and providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information during the registration process is a serious violation that may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and all activity that occurs under their account. dax89 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of an account where such use resulted from the user's own failure to keep their account credentials confidential.
dax89 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account if there is any indication of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, use of automated software, system manipulation, or any other activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. Suspended accounts will temporarily lose access to all features, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable policy and the outcome of the investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact dax89 customer support. The account closure process will be completed once all pending transactions have been confirmed and any remaining balance has been withdrawn in accordance with the applicable verification procedures.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
dax89 users must use the platform only for lawful purposes that comply with applicable laws in Indonesia. Any action intended to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system vulnerabilities, or harm other users either directly or indirectly constitutes a serious violation of these terms.
Users are strictly prohibited from: (a) registering more than one account under the same or different identities; (b) using another person's account without authorization; (c) conducting financial transactions that constitute money laundering or involve funds from illegal sources; (d) distributing content that is unlawful, offensive, or harmful through the dax89 platform; (e) attempting to access areas of the platform not intended for general users through unauthorized means.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the dax89 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. dax89 is not responsible for any legal consequences faced by users as a result of violations of local law arising from use of this service.

- Using automated software or bots
- System manipulation or exploitation of technical vulnerabilities
- Transactions involving funds from illegal sources
- Providing false information during registration
4. Payment Information & IDR Transactions
All transactions on dax89 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The platform supports a variety of local Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI) and digital wallets such as GoPay, DANA, and OVO. Users are responsible for ensuring that funds used for deposits come from legitimate sources and belong to the account holder.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the terms in effect at the time of the transaction. Transaction processing times are estimates and may vary depending on banking network conditions, account verification processes, and other technical factors. dax89 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet service providers.
All withdrawal requests will be processed after the required identity verification has been completed. dax89 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to verify account ownership and the source of funds before releasing a balance. Transactions suspected of being related to fraud or money laundering will be held and reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property Rights & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the dax89 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of dax89 or its content licensors to dax89, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from platform content without prior written permission from dax89.
The dax89 name, logo, and trademarks are the exclusive property of the platform and may not be used in any context that could cause confusion or imply affiliation with or endorsement by dax89 without prior written consent.
& Third-Party Services Links
The dax89 platform may integrate with or refer to third-party services such as game providers, payment systems, or analytics tools. dax89 is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, or content of those third-party services. Users who choose to interact with third-party services do so at their own risk and are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third party.
dax89 does not guarantee the availability, reliability, or quality of services provided by third parties integrated into the platform. Disruptions or unavailability of third-party services cannot form the basis of a claim against dax89 where such disruptions are beyond the platform's control.
6. Limitation of & Liability and Changes to Terms
Limitation of Liability
dax89 provides its services on an as-is basis and does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law, dax89 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services, including financial losses incurred during betting or gaming activity.
In no event shall dax89]'s total liability to a user exceed the amount actually paid by the user to dax89 in the 30 (thirty) days preceding the claim. Users acknowledge that betting and gaming activities carry financial risk and that they use the service entirely at their own discretion.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through an agreed dispute resolution mechanism, with priority given to amicable resolution before pursuing formal legal channels.
dax89 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via a notification on the platform or through the email address registered to their account. The date of the most recent update will always be displayed at the top of this document so users can easily track the latest revisions.
Continued use of the dax89 platform after changes to the terms have been published constitutes the user's acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must immediately stop using the service and contact customer support to close your account.
